The apartment is quite new and clean. The owners are good people and friendly. The environment is quiet but no resting place outside your apartment/ room. There’s a resturant/bar behind it. Works still ongoing as at when I was there. The compound is not fenced, so the entrance is just open which some might find uncomfortable but the place is secure .
